How do I reserve my puppy?

We ask for a nonrefundable deposit to reserve a puppy. This reserves your puppy for you until can pick them up on or shortly after their pickup date. This also ensures us that you are serious about bringing your puppy home with you.

We prefer cash or cashier’s checks for deposits and payments if possible. While we encourage everyone to visit, meet the puppies, and reserve their new friend in person. We understand that this may not be possible for those far away. In which case, we accept PayPal or Venmo for deposits and payments, with a 3% surcharge.

Your Puppy will typically grow to be around the same size of the parents. We can’t guarantee a size. We can make an educated guess based on the weight of the puppy’s parents and the weight of other puppies. But there are many variables within genetics.

Will my puppy be health checked?

Yes! all of our puppies are seen by a licensed veterinarian before they go home with you. They will get a health certificate, their first vaccinations, and be de-wormed. We also off a 1-year health guarantee for your puppy.

What does a 1-year health guarantee mean?

The 1-year health guarantee is offered to you for your reassurance. We strive to raise puppies that are happy and healthy at the time of pick-up. We also understand that sometimes, while incredibly rare, some congenital health defects can show up as the puppy grows. If this were to happen within the first year, we are willing to have you return the puppy if desired. Attached is our Health Guarantee Document.

Do you deliver or ship puppies?

Yes! We work with a trusted pet transportation service. For an additional fee, they will deliver your puppy to you safe and sound. Let us know where you are located and we will give you an estimated delivery fee.

What dog food do they eat?

We recommend feeding your puppy good quality, grain free, puppy food. We’ve found this type of food to be the best choice for our Cavapoos. It has kept our Cavapoos healthy, thriving and even keeps their beautiful red color more vibrant. We have been feeding them the ‘Taste of the Wild’ brand grain free dog food.
